In 1992, the Founder received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Minors in Mathematics and Physics from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).  Also in 1992, her first business and management experience started in a family start-up business, an environmental hazardous testing facility, performing analytical testing (organic and inorganic) throughout the State of California.  She specialized in Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy used for the analysis of volatile and semi-volatile organic contaminants.  This business venture eventually led her to pursue a graduate degree in Civil Engineering with concentrations in Environmental and Water Quality at CSUS.  The laboratory opened in 1991 and is still in operation today.  Sparger Technology, Inc. is one of CONDALL’s partners.

The Founder was interested in working on engineering projects that required rehabilitation rather than new construction.  Therefore, she moved to New Orleans, Louisiana in July 1996 and worked for Tulane University Medical School on a Department of Defense Contract performing analytical testing on fish collected from the surrounding bayous.  She started her engineering professional career in 1997 by working on a sewer rehabilitation program, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program, in the City of New Orleans.  In 1999, she started a new position assigned to work on the United States Army Corps of Engineers’ Southeast Louisiana Drainage Urban Flood Control Program for the City of New Orleans.  Also in 1999, she finalized her thesis project allowing her to receive her Master of Science from CSUS.

Since 1999, the Founder have worked on several projects within Orleans Parish and the surrounding parishes that have overall developed her professional skills and project experience from cradle to grave.  After contracting her services for two (2) years to Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. (CDM), she decided, with their support and encouragement, to open her own company in October 2004.   She received her first business contract from CDM in January 2005.  In August 2005, the business was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.  She worked towards rebuilding the business, and in 2007 re-established the company in a new office to continuously assist in the rebuilding efforts of the community and to provide a resource for economic opportunity.  For the past twelve (12) years, she have been managing and operating CONDALL.

The Founder always utilizes the assistance, training, and experience she has received to develop, strengthen, and enhance her skills, background, and experience as a business professional and leader; and, she is always looking forward to learning new methods to develop, enhance, and  grow CONDALL as an Environmental Management Consulting and Construction firm.
